Hailing from the wild vastness of the Great White North and pairing a blistering youthful energy with an attention to the finest details of songwriting, Excuses Excuses come armed with a lawless desire to make a true believer out of everyone in the room with their deep, introspective lyrics, jaw-dropping intensity, and melody-heavy alternative/punk rock anthems. Over the last few years, with their explosive live show and tenacious desire to continually strive for more, the band has found themselves sharing the stage with some of Canada’s rock royalty, including Danko Jones, Big Wreck, cleopatrick, Monster Truck, Econoline Crush, Fucked Up, Bleeker, Monowhales, Texas King, and more, as well as touring coast-to-coast several times to support their releases. Most recently they signed to Known Accomplice Records/Cadence Music Group (Headstones, Sam Roberts Band, The Trews, Moist, Dear Rouge, etc) for the release of their debut album “Listen Up!”, which came out in August of 2022; and they are now looking forward to making their international debuts in the USA throughout 2024 amidst touring across Canada to support the release of their upcoming singles.
