Formed in the summer of 2019, Gnome Chimpsky is a three-piece rock band from Windsor, Ontario, Canada. The band draws inspiration from funk rock, reggae and blues, and in 2021, they released their first EP: “Something to Hold Onto”. The EP was well received by indie music critics such as: Stereo Stickman; and Pitch Perfect. The gnomes embarked on their first mini-tour in 2023, playing from Windsor to Ottawa and gained multiple new fans along the way. The band has been playing new material at shows, and will be releasing new tracks in 2024. Fans of The Black Keys, Jimi Hendrix, and Sublime should give their show a go.
